Players have the option of renting a lacrosse stick for $25 for the season and if she wants to continue to play, purchase it for $25 more.
There are also a limited number of free stick loan options for those looking to try the sport. 3/4 age girls will get preference here.

Westside offers a Cascade LX headgear on a free loan for players interested. While head injuries in lacrosse are significantly less than that of soccer while only wearing goggles, this option provides additional piece of mind for players and parents. TRAINING
Before a girl can really learn to play lacrosse, she needs to learn to throw and catch a lacrosse ball. This is a challenging skill and requires practice but most girls can develop a good throwing and catching base before too long. In order to help facilitate progress for beginners, Westside will offer beginner wall ball and throwing and catching sessions. Beginner players can get together and learn with players at a similar skill level.
