Women's Lacrosse is a club sport in the KC Metro.  There is a 14 team high school varsity league. Most of the 14 teams have at least one JV program if not more than one. Girls largely play for clubs that are represented by their school or clubs that follow territorial boundaries that are in close relation to the public school district.  Girls that do not live in a public school district represented by a club can choose which to play for.

There are 14 teams listed below.  Teams switch between the two divisions based on team strength.  The playoffs consist of 6 teams from the top division and 2 teams from the second division.
